"Can I just say thank you so SO much for everything. I've loved every minute of the classes and you really helped me to trim up for my wedding dress! You've got me hooked and I've already looked up classes in Dublin for when we get settled. Its been great meeting you too. You really are a great teacher and a lovely person to be around."
K McCARTNEY (attended PILATES at EXCEPTIONAL HEALTH)
"I took Karen's pregnancy pilates class from around the 8th week of my pregnancy (not having taken pilates classes before) ... Throughout, it really helped me cope with the physical changes in my body and to maintain my fitness, but probably the most important thing I took from the class was an awareness of how my body works, and which muscles do what - invaluable during the birth of my daughter - knowing what to use when they tell you to push was something that the midwives didn't really cover in the same way!"
P TANDY (attended PILATES FOR PREGNANCY)

"The classes are wonderful, and I'm much more inclined to go because they are in the building. Pilates has given me an awareness of how I use my body and helped develop my core strength. Karen is a motivating and friendly instructor and I really look forward to her classes."
C FELGATE (attends UBS Pilates)
"I have been doing pilates classes for about 6 or 7 months now during my lunch time. With limited time during the day it is great to be able to do something active in a one hour slot. I have an afternoon meeting and I find running or gym to be too time consuming for lunch times. Karen makes sure the class is always friendly and it has been a good way to meet some of the people I would never normally see in my building."
T BOATWRIGHT (attends UBS Pilates)

In some instances, if you have had an injury for example, your body may need a little more help than a group class alone can provide. If this is the case, it is adviseable to have 1:1 sessions before you join a class or to complement your class.
